Digital Flexo Tools
Print Tutor™
An intelligent camera automatically detects print register and pressure marks and performs
completely automatic register adjustment, during the set-up and during production. It includes
additional servo motor for lateral register adjustment (lenght register adjustment is built in servo
driving motor of the print cylinder.
Print Tutor Plus™
Print Tutor can also perform automatically print pressure adjustments, it includes pressure
analisis software and hardware and 4 print pressure micro servo motors per print unit.
