The Horizon AFC-566 FKT is a professional automatic cross-folding machine designed for precise and high-performance processing of a wide range of printed materials. The machine is equipped with a configuration of 6 folding pockets, 1 cross knife, and 2 pockets below the knife, enabling the production of a large variety of folding patterns, including parallel folds, accordion folds, letter folds, and cross folds. Thanks to this configuration, the machine is suitable for both standard commercial jobs and more demanding bookbinding applications.

Setup is carried out conveniently via a color LCD touchscreen, where the operator selects the folding type and enters the sheet size. The machine then automatically adjusts the individual sections using precise stepper motors. The AFC-566 model allows automatic setup of up to 17 folding patterns and stores up to 200 repeat jobs in memory, significantly reducing changeover time between jobs.

High-quality and stable sheet feeding is ensured by the Horizon rotary suction feeder, which provides reliable operation with various paper types. The folding rollers combine steel and soft polyurethane, allowing the machine to achieve sharp, precise, and repeatable folds.
