Technical Description:

The Horizon RD-4055 / RD-N4055 Rotary Die-Cut System is a compact and highly productive rotary die-cutting solution designed to improve the quality and efficiency of short-run die-cutting production.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of applications, including business cards, greeting cards, labels, stickers, light packaging, pocket folders, tags, door hangers, and other digitally or offset printed products. It can perform die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, waste separation, and stacking in one efficient workflow.

Thanks to its air suction feed belt, servo-controlled sheet transport, intuitive touch-screen operation, and optional delivery modules, the RD-4055 offers fast setup, accurate registration, stable production, and easy operation without the need for a highly skilled operator.

The system also includes a Repeat-Cut function, which allows multiple-up applications to be produced using a smaller die, helping to reduce die costs and improve production flexibility.
