Known issues:

There is an intermittent issue with the perfecting changeover as described above. The exact cause is unknown. Technicians have previously changed the machine back to 2/0, and it takes approximately 20 minutes.

The machine does not have its own pneumatic compressor. In our production facility, it has been supplied with compressed air from our central compressed-air system.

The Technotrans Alpha.d 10L slowly loses refrigerant over time. Once the refrigerant level is too low, it can no longer provide sufficient cooling. The unit therefore needs to be checked and repaired accordingly.

The sheet decurler is no longer operational. The sheet brake itself is unaffected and operational; it has its own separate blower.

On some of the side covers, the original fastening screws no longer hold properly. These covers are therefore currently secured with adhesive tape.
